Yes. Idaho Housing and Finance Association (Idaho Housing) offers home loans and down payment assistance through approved lenders. Down payment assistance is available to eligible Idaho homebuyers, not only first-time buyers.

How much down payment assistance can I get?
Idaho Housing assistance can be up to about 8% toward down payment and/or closing costs via a second mortgage. Eligible buyers may contribute as little as $500 of their own funds toward the transaction.
Household income must be at or below $170,000 for this down payment assistance path; some loan products require lower income. Finally Home! homebuyer education is required for down payment assistance, and buyers must use an Idaho Housing–approved lender.
